Environmental responsibility

With our Marine background, we have close to forty years of experience and understanding of the possible impacts of industry on our environment. This is why we take contaminated tanks, skips and containers to our enclosed facility in Aarhus port for cleaning and treatment, to restore them back to a clean and healthy condition whilst at the same time controlling all contaminants with our procedures and local authority directives.

We also have the same experience dealing with enclosed tanks, areas, and containers, this requires confined space entry qualification which is a requirement by law to keep personnel safe whilst taking part in these operations.

Why Land and Marine ?

Although Land and Marine is a new company, the founder of Land and Marine (with 38 years of experience) understands that industry can have many different aspects that need to come together to achieve a goal.

Experience in the Oil and Gas industry, drilling oil and gas wells, includes most aspects of industry, Riggin & Lifting operations, from 1 ton and over 1000 tons on a daily basis. Pumping operations in excess of 7000 psi, constant operation of rotating machinery, acquisition of specialised equipment, and the logistics related to such requirements,

preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance, handling of chemicals, confined space entry, electrical work, and the selection of qualified personnel to carry out all these tasks safely and efficiently while protecting the environment. This is just a short review of the many disciplines involved in our industry, an industry that incorporates many other industries in its day-to-day operations.

These operations need to be understood and controlled with regard to safety, the environment, and efficiency.
